The store owner knows the importance of being close with customers and offering them unique, personalized service. They use a coaching approach to share this vision with their staff. GO service is still at the heart of their activities.
In the store, they are present and they communicate with customers and staff. The store owner organizes activities to create a positive atmosphere, such as BBQs, tastings, activities during special events (holiday season, summer, back to school, etc.).
Example:
The store owner creates a great atmosphere in the store by promoting a culture of well-being and recognition. They recognize and celebrate their team’s efforts by organizing different events. For example, they regularly take the time to walk around the store and greet their team. They implemented an employee of the month program to recognize their employees’ hard work and commitment. They focus on integrating and developing their team.

For each category, we use three evaluation criteria – impact, demonstration, initiatives/responsibilities.
If a nomination does not meet all three criteria, we reserve the right to withdraw it from the shortlist.
