The Team of the Year award will be presented to the team that has significantly distinguished itself and/or accomplished different things. For example, in terms of performance, efficiency, collaboration and communication, store atmosphere or any other aspect. Team members have mutual confidence in their ability to do their jobs, and feel appreciated by their peers. It’s a real model of success, with a strong team spirit and optimism that always prevails.

Example:

The bakery department team shares a clear objective: to pay particular attention to merchandising presentation, to drive up sales. All team members work towards this goal, sharing their ideas with each other with great ease. The whole team is committed to delivering the same high quality standards to our customers. Successes are recognized by the whole team, so that success is everyone’s success. Store employees are eager to work as part of this team.
